About the Collection
Inspired by the myths and legends of cryptids found in forests, ‘So I Heard’ is a costume collection that uses elements of the paranormal – with a glamorous twist. Feathers and rhinestones are offset by dramatic makeup and props. Created for an original story meant for the stage, each dance costume represents a different trait of a fabled birdlike creature that lurks deep inside the forest. It is a mystery, it lives in the forest, it is supposedly trapped, it looks like a bird, and a final look that incorporates all elements into one.
